Tomorrow is very hard day - first day of school, again. So I'm very angry about this fact and I wanna get no sleep tonight, yup! I will watch horror films if I am not fall asleep. Actually, I think, that this is bad idea because I know myself and, of course, I will fall asleep 'till alarm rings >> Anyway..

Today I spent a bit time on watching "Trick 'r Treat":
"Four interwoven stories that occur on Halloween: An everyday high school principal has a secret life as a serial killer; a college virgin might have just met the one guy for her; a group of teenagers pull a mean prank; a woman who loathes the night has to contend with her holiday-obsessed husband."©IMDb

Believe me or not but this film is idiotic and I have no more words to write about it.
________________________

The second one is "Iron Man" (re-watched):
"When wealthy industrialist Tony Stark is forced to build an armored suit after a life-threatening incident, he ultimately decides to use its technology to fight against evil."©IMDb

I love this film although I do not like films by comics because I think that they are not real at all and this makes them look bad. But! This one is amazing *-*
I love Robert Downey Jr. so that was the first reason to watch. But I do not like comics films so that was the reason not to spent my time on it. Until my father said: "It is amazing movie! Watch it now!" xD My father have good taste in films so I believed him and that was not a mistake because I loved this thing very much.
If you love films by comics so this one is for you, even if you do not love them then this one is for you, too xD

Ola'la~ I have two film to write about for today. They are both horror and they are both originally Japanese but re-made by American.

The first one is "Dark Water" ("Honogurai mizu no soko kara" in Japanese version):
"A mother and daughter, still wounded from a bitter custody dispute, hole up in a run-down apartment building. Adding further drama to their plight, they are targeted by the ghost of former resident."©IMDb

So.. Japanese films has one murderer - it is a ghost of a girl with long black hair who died different ways. Anyway, you look at this girl and feel fear inside you because she is really scary. No, not her look but her motion. Whatever. I have to talk about American version.
People, I have laughed out loud. Why? Because a girl-ghost-killer was Russian xD Yup. I knew that we are - Russians, very cruel but not like that. I do not think that little girl can kill a woman even she is a ghost, Russian or Japanese, or American. O'kay, That was really weird to write that but I wanted xD Actually, I think that it's better to watch Japanese version of this film, because it's original, although that ghost is a little girl, too xD
I'm sorry but I really think that it's hilarious. Because little girl kills everyone. Little girl! Oh God, she is little, she will not kill anyone.
_______________________

The second one is "The Grudge" ("Ju-On" in Japanese version)
"An American nurse living and working in Tokyo is exposed to a mysterious supernatural curse, one that locks a person in a powerful rage before claiming their life and spreading to another victim."©IMDb

One more film which were re-made by Amercian. Actually, director of this part is Japanese - Takashi Shimizu who did original "Ju-On". But this film is absolutely American with American actors in Japan xD

On this week I spend a lot of my free time on walking with friends so I can not watch a lot of films. But there is a weekend starts! So after it, on Monday, I will write about a few films, like.. 5 or 6, I think. But for today there is only one work. British work.

It is "Killing Bono":
"Two brothers attempt to become global rock stars but can only look on as old school friends U2 become the biggest band in the world."©IMDb

So.. This film, I think, is more interesting than "The Runaways", for example, although they have one theme - music groups.
The first thing which made me wanna watch this film was.. were actors. These two actors which you can see on the screenshot. I'm about Ben Barnes and  Robert Sheehan. They are very lovely and adorable men and as actors they are good, too. So.. That was the first thing.
The second thing is theme, I'm about music, yeah. I love music theme in films. But, actually, if we are talking about this so I love musicals more but films about groups not bad, too. I think that moviemakers can do something interesting on this thing. + films by books are fine.
And the last thing but not less main is taht this film is British. I love British films because of their actors who talk on perfect English with amazing accent. Also they have something charming so you wanna watch them 'till the end.

Last week of summer and last week to watch films like maniac. Because I will not have enough time to watch really a lot of things while studying. That sucks. But I think that one film each day I will watch definetely. Anyway, today I watched two horror things, yeeeeah :D I love horror so I hoped to watch something interesting, but did I?

The first one is "Waxwork":
"A wax museum owner uses his horror exhibits to unleash evil on the world." ©IMDb

I love old horror films because they can be creepy but without losing it's funny line. So you watch it with great pleasure. But horror which are made not a long time ago built on special effects. Like "Hey you, look! We can make a real ghost and that's cool" psssh.
So when I heard about "Waxwork" I extremely wanted to watch but I had no time and then forgot about it. On the Monday's night I watched "House of Wax". Actually, I think that it is an idiotic film. May be interesting but only if you watch it at night to have a great sleep. But I remembered about "Waxwork" and have not forgotten it.
Watched. And that was great :D Yeah, it looks a bit naive, a bit weird, unnatural at all but it has something charming what makes you wanna watch it `till the end.
_________________________

The next and the last one for now is "Madhouse":
"A young psychiatric intern unearths secrets about the mental health facility in which he works." ©IMDb

The first thing which always makes me laugh like mad is a translation. I understand that our darling Russian translators name films by their plot. But they do not think that original title is better, I think. So.. This film was translated like "House of Fear" but that is not it's name. O'kay, "House of Fear" made me wanna watch it but I laughed out loud when I saw it's original title and understood that translation is different again.
So.. What about film? That was not such interesting as I expected. I hoped that it will be scary because first moments were good to be afraid of them. But I will never ever watch really scary horror from that which are made now.
One more thing which is making this film bad is that fact that you have a feeling like you have watched it somewhen before. And that's not only feeling. There are a lot of films like that.
So watch it if you have a lot of free time and you do not know what to waste it on.

Today is not a home day so my August Maraphon will be fiiled only with one more film for now. But I know for sure that I will watch something today, but only in the evening :D

This first and last film for now is "Repeaters":
"A gritty mind-bending thriller about three twenty-somethings who find themselves in an impossible time labyrinth, where each day they awaken to the same terrifying day as the preceding one."©IMDb

I can't say that this film is the worst one because that's not true. I can't say that this film is uninteresting at all because that's not true.
Actually, it's interesting enough. But.. Not enough when you have great mood and just wanna watch something what will make your feelings a bit other, or to stay them at this mood. Because this film you have to watch only when your mood is normal - closer to bad.  This picture has thoughts which you will think about only when you want. So.. When your mood is great you will not think about this kind of thoughts, never.
But, anyway, this film is nice-done but not great. So.. Watch only if you really think that it is that thing which you wanna think about now :D

I'm really sorry for today's post because I'm too lazy to write it long and it will be short, very short. I will just write name of film, copy plot + picture from it and my mark. If you wanna know more about one of them, you can ask me but I do not think that someone wanna because "who reads this shit?" xD Anyway.

#30.

I have not written here because yesterday was my Birthday and I wanted it to be lovely and natural, without computer or TV, without all this technics. I just wanted to go for a long nice walk with my friends. But that was before I remembered that every year on my B-day there is pouring rain. So.. I decided just to stay calm and do nothing like I did all summer.
But today I watched two films, hoping they were interesting but that was not like that, again. Oh.

The first one is "Bug":
"An unhinged war veteran holes up with a lonely woman in a spooky Oklahoma motel room. The line between reality and delusion is blurred as they discover a bug infestation."©IMDb

That was the last time when I choose film because of it's name. Actually, on russian this title was named like "glithces" so I thought that it will be something funny and interesting. But that was not.
The first thing which made me upset was our translators who gave this film tha wrong name. Because "bug" is like "beetle", not like "glitches" at all. But I understood that they called it so because main characters had real freaking glitches.
The second thing and the last for now, which made me upset was plot. I have not read it before I watched film but.. Film made his task. It was boring and, actually, stupid. Especially, the last scenes when you see a lot of blood and something really weird.
So I would not recomended you this film. It is not for horror lovers at all. And it is not for film lovers. Others can watch xD
________________________

The second is "Final Destination 5":
"Survivors of a suspension-bridge collapse learn there's no way you can cheat Death." ©IMDb

I hope that it is real FINAL for this story.
When I was eight, I watched the first part of "Final Destination" and I absolutely loved this plot, and how was it made, and how was it look, I just absolutely loved this film.
Then the second part came. I watched it, too. My feelings were not like after watching first part but that was not bad, at all.
Then the third part came. I had weird mood about it because I thought that second part will end it all. But I watched third, too. And that started to lose it's interest. But that was interesting enough and funny at moments.
The the fourth part came. And I was like: "Are you kidding me?". But that did not stop, so I watched that part. I was upset about it because it really lose it's line.
And now.. The fifth part came. I really hope that it is the last part because moviemakers are going mad from their doing. After watching this part I said to myself: "What the fuck was that?".
So.. I will not watch it again. The first part and the second - yes. But not the others.

I decided that seventeenth day of August Maraphon must be Stephen King's day. Because I love his books. And films by them is pretty nice, too, if you do not read his novels. Because moviemakers love to cut out something special from book which they are making films by. So.. O'kay. Two more films to my thrift-box of watched things by Stephen King's works.

The first one is "Needful Things":
"The devil in disguise comes to a quiet, peaceful town and opens a store called Needful Things. The store has an item for everyone in town. All the devil asks for in return is a few dirty pranks. Little do they know, that they've sold their souls, and the pranks escalate to murder."©IMDb

The second one is "Carrie":
"A mousy and abused girl with telekinetic powers gets pushed too far on one special night." IMDb

Actually, I thought it will be better.
When I was at sanatorium, I have no idea what to do while quiet hour. So.. When I was walking , together with my parents, we bought first Stephen King's book. And that was "Carrie" which has not really good film by. Because they cut out the best scene, where Carrie burns evrything what was on her way. But book is very interesting.
So.. On the next weekend we came to that shop again and bought another Stephen King's novel. That was "Needful Things". Book is just awesome. I read all 690 pages by one breath like I read "Carrie". And I thought that film must be great but.. It was not. It was boring. Like I had read something other.
I think that moviemakers do not need to make films by Stephen King's novels because it is usually turns up bad, not such great as book.

For today I watched two films. One of them is about to be classic and the other one is just very powerful, like people say. So.. Let's talk about them without very long start.

The first one is "Halloween":
"A psychotic murderer institutionalized since childhood escapes on a mindless rampage while his doctor chases him through the streets."©IMDb

I watched the old one - classic of John Carenter's works. I can say with no doubt that I am against all re-makes of amazing old horror. For example, this film.
John Carpenter made creepy and just wonderful atmosphere for horror so you watch it with fear in your viens  and you can't stop. But last "Halloween 2007" directed by Rob Zombie has lost his creepy thing, it became another bloody-maniac horror. That's not that interesting story, that is something else.
Re-makes of old horrors losing their line, their catching thing, they are losing all that lovely moments which were creepy for you. I do not understand why do people need to make re-makes. Don't touch classics!
_______________

The next and the last one is "127 Hours":
"A mountain climber becomes trapped under a boulder while canyoneering alone near Moab, Utah and resorts to desperate measures in order to survive."©IMDb

Actually, I have not got any desire to watch it because I thought that it will be bad. I spent a lot of  my time watching films which people are saying that they are good but they were not like that at all. So I was upset today and clicked to watch this thing and, you know, this film is very powerful.
Despite that fact that motion in it goes in the bad way the most time, this film has atmosphere of reality. Just like you are in that trap. So you watch and learn what shuld you do if you wanna stay alive. I think that not everyone could stay alive because it's really hard. But if you have to so.. What should you do?

I have not written here for a long time. I really think that 4 days is a long time if you are talking about lost blog. Why? Because I had no way to Internet. I don't know what happened but I could not access the Internet so I have not watched something really new for me. But I have not forgot about August Maraphon so I watched a bit things :з

Here is the list:
  • "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl" (re-watched♥)
  • "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest" (re-watched)
  • "DragonHeart" (re-watched♥)
  • "DragonHeart: A New Beggining" (re-watched)
  • "Henry's Crime"
  • "The Runaways"
  • "Repo! The Genetic Opera"
  • "Something's Gotta Give"
  • "Manuale d'am3re" ("Manual of Love 3")

Ooh, I wanna watch something amazing but from day to day I just watch films which are not such catching as they have to be. O'kay, next films I will watch are films which I choose by myself, not by others choice. So.. Now I will write only about 2 films from the list above because I love them very much.

The first one is "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl":
"Blacksmith Will Turner teams up with eccentric pirate "Captain" Jack Sparrow to save his love, the governor's daughter, from Jack's former pirate allies, who are now undead."©IMDb

The first thing which made me wanna watch this film is - Johnny Depp. Yeah, like a big fan of him I watched almost all films with Johnny.
The second thing is - story about pirate's. I love such an old stories because you can't see them now but with films like that you can drive into that time and watch how it all looked. Yeah, you can imagine this but that's not the picture you can see now so films are helping you.
And the last but not less thing is that this film was made by Disney studio. It always makes the best movies and cartoons so you can't pass by their things.
`♥
______________________

The next one is "DragonHeart":
"The last dragon and a disillusioned dragonslaying knight must cooperate to stop an evil king who was given partial immortality." ©IMDb

I love this film with my whole heart, really :з
The first time I have seen it I was only 6 years old and I loved it from the first minutes and till the very end when I started to cry. I loved it because it's very beautiful fairytale and you learn about kindness and love as always fairytales learn you. And after that time I had a lot of bad moments so I forgot about this dreamland. And film was lost.
But after 10 years *on last weekend* I watched it again. And I drove into that dreamland again with this thing.  I remembered how I loved it the first time, how I cried at the end and how I was upset when I lost it.
So I can say with no doubt that this film is just amazing.

I have not written here yesterday because I just had no idea what to write about. Yeah, I have not watched films. I think, that this is bad because I wanted to make good August Maraphon with a lot of films but I do nothing. But that was only yesterday morning and day + today's morning and day, evening.. O'kay, that's too much. But I have to spend this time not on films. Why?
Because today is my friend's birthday and we gonna celebrate it. Actually, I do not want to go there because I have no mood. I got up early, I have not sleep enough and, I think, that I will die there but I have to go with shining smilimg face because I do not want to make her birthday shitty.

____________________

O'kay, let's stop that stupid talk. Now I will write about watched films. Yeah, I had evening and night to watch something so I spent that time on two films and then had a little but good sleep.

The first one is "Se7en":
"Two detectives, a rookie and a veteran, hunt a serial killer who uses the seven deadly sins as his modus operandi." ©IMDb

I love films like that - dark, mystical and detective. + there is very good cast: Morgan Freeman, Brad Pitt, Kevin Spacey, Gwyneth Paltrow. Isn't it a good cast? I think, that it is. So, of course, I watched this film. Actually, re-watched. But that does not matter.
Yeah, you do not need to watch it in great mood because those dark films usually turn it bad. So if you have  something between good and bad mood - you can watch this film. And only if you like things like that + you have nothing against religious people.
______________

The next one and the last one is "As good as it gets":
"A single mother/waitress, a misanthropic author, and a gay artist form an unlikely friendship" ©IMDb

So.. This film is very lovely showing that rude people can have feelings, too. And they are not rude really, they just can't be other. But we are all people so does it matter? Actually, we are all rude in our soul. I will never believe if you said me that you have never thought about some bad words to others when something goes bad. So there is a man like that, too. But he is a bit psycho. He has a disease. But that has no way to his rudeness. O'kay. Forget about thousands of "rude" in these sentences.
I think, that this film must been watched. So do that`♥

O'kay. Which films for the ninth day of this Maraphon?
There are three of them. One of them has amazing action . One id very tragical. And one more is really strange.

So.. the first one with amazing action is "True Lies":
"When a secret agent learns of his wife's extra-marital affair, he pursues her and uses his intelligence resources in a job he kept secret from her."©IMDb

I have never seen Arnold Schwarzenegger in any kind of film except action ones, so when I saw him in main cast I understood what will be here and liked what goes on my mind.
Actually, I do not really like action films because they kill my brain with all these special effects and explosions and all these loud things. But action with Arnold is the best ones as with Bruce Willis.
So.. this film made in best traditions of films like that. A lot of explosions and loud moments but still beautiful, cool and interesting.
`♥
_________________________

The next one is a tragical one "American History X":
"A former neo-nazi skinhead tries to prevent his younger brother from going down the same wrong path that he did." ©IMDb

I'm in love with Edward Norton so I started watch this film only because of him. I do not like Nazi things but Edward Norton, Edward Norton. It's like young Russel Crow or Mickey Rourke - wonderful. So, of course, I watched it.
And, you know, this is tragical. I can't understand people like that, I'm about nazi. I can't understand this intolerant relationship with people who has another skin colour or nation. We have to love everybody because we are all people, we are all the same.
_________________

And the last one which is the strange one "Sucker Punch":
"A young girl is institutionalized by her abusive stepfather. Retreating to an alternative reality as a coping strategy, she envisions a plan which will help her escape from the mental facility."©IMDb

I watched it because I saw too much good responses to it. And it was not such well as people say. Actually, I hoped to see nice action but that was something strange.
The first thing which made me a little bit sick is the main character. I have nothing against this actress, she did her role well. But her character. What's this? She is weird.
So.. The next thing is all these special effects. I had a feeling that i play a game, not watch a film but play a computer game.
And the last one like a result - this film is good enough but it eats brain. So I would watch it again only after a bit while, about a half of year.

#24.

The sixth and the seventh days of my August Maraphon I spent on countryhouse so I have not seen really a lot of films. I just had no idea for what I can watch because TV was really boring. And today, on the eighth day I watch nothing like a normal man xD So.. o'kay I only re-watched two films.

The first on is "The Dukes of Hazzard":
"Cousins Bo and Luke Duke, with a little help from their cousin Daisy and Uncle Jesse, egg on the authorities of Hazzard County, Boss Hogg and Sheriff Coltrane."©IMDb

I did not like this film at all. May be it is because I have not seen serial with the same name. But, you know, I really think that serial must be better.
Also this film has such a dumb humor that I just did not understand what to laugh at.
It is weird.
____________________

The next one is one of my favs "Men in Black":
"Two men who keep an eye on aliens in New York City must try to save the world after the aliens threaten to blow it up." ©IMDb

So.. I can't say anything bad for this film.
Because it is amazing comedy!

#23.

For the fifth day of August Maraphon I have choosen two unstandard true love stories. You know, actually, I do not like love stories because I think that they are too snotty. But stories like "Requiem for a dream", "Candy", "No Strings Attached" and others are pretty lovely.

So.. Which stories do you think of when I'm saying "unstandard true love stories"? That is legendary "Bonnie and Clyde" and dirty "Sid and Nancy". Both of them are just pure art.

The first one is "Bonnie and Clyde":
"A somewhat romantized account of the career of the notoriously violent bank robbing couple and their gang." ©IMDb

(Faye Dunaway,Warren Beatty as Bonnie and Clyde)

(real Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow)

The second one is "Sid and Nancy":
"Morbid biographical story of Sid Vicious, bassist with British punk group the Sex Pistols, and his girlfriend Nancy Spungen. When the Sex Pistols break up after their fateful US tour, Vicious attempts a solo career while in the grip of heroin addiction. One morning, Nancy is found stabbed to death and Sid is arrested for her murder."©IMDb

(Gary Oldman, Chloe Webb as Sid and Nancy)

(real Sid Vicious and Nancy Spungen)

This is two love stories without standard happy end. But with very catching line. They were very happy together until the very end.
So.. The first one is about crimes. The second is about drugs. Both stories ended with death. And both are still remembered by millions of people.

Fourth day of August Maraphon goes on. But I have already watched three films and I want to stop on it for today to save good feelings from watching them. You know, British films have something what makes them look different from all the others, like French films. But if French films are just strange then British are really smart. So..

The first one is "Cracks":
"A look at the lives and relationships among girls at an elite British boarding school." ©IMDb

Subtle story about relationships. I noticed that British moviemakers love to make films like that where relationships shown very realistic and intense. And, you know, a lot of films, where motion goes so slowly are very tedious but not British so not this one.
I can say with no doubt that if you want to watch good drama, you have to watch this film.
______________________

Next one is "Final Cut":
"The film opens with the cast gathering after the funeral of Jude to see a film he had been working on for two years. It turns out that the film is secret videos of all those gathered together in their most despicable moments including thievery, spousal abuse, adultery, etc. The revelations remove the masks from the so-called close friends."©IMDb

Art house is such an art house. Films from this category are not for all as well. I think that most of people who have watched just one film from this category can say that it is strong but disgusting.
This one is about relationships with.. More bad way. And it learns, learns about so much things. I can't say which things because it's special for everyone. You know, art house is very subtle films but not everyone can see it.
So.. All art house lovers have to watch this film :3
___________________

The last one is "Bad teacher":
"A comedy centered around a foul-mouthed, junior high teacher who, after being dumped by her sugar daddy, begins to woo a colleague -- a move that pits her against a well-loved teacher."©IMDb

I love comedy. Because films like that can help you to relax after watching something strong or after deciding problems. And this one is like that, too.
From the first minutes I just thought: "Oh, so rude, so stupid. I have seen something like that before." but that did not stop me. And I watched it till the end.
So, you know, I can say that it's weak but nice enough comedy. Actually, it's a kind of comedy when you know what will happen but you still watching it.

The third day of my August Maraphon is really amazing.
You know, I was strongly upset because of that films which I was watching for a long time. Yeah, I do not say that I had no interesting films watched but.. There were, actully, only a few catching works. And this fact is not good for all the films lovers.
But today I am crazily happy. Because all three works are just interesting and give lovely hope to see more things like those.
Which films that were?

The first one is "Gossip":
"Three college students chose a class project on Gossip and how fast it spreads, which spirals out of control." ©IMDb

Gossips, gossips. I remember that I have written about this when I was talking about "Easy A". So.. I think that gossip theme I do not need to talk about one more time.
But.. What about talking film theme? This is interesting thing. About howgossips can break all your life. And make some crazy things.
Also, you know, it really fills 'somewhen I have seen it' because this thing was shown in "Gossip girl", "Easy A" + something from "O"

The next one is "Wicker Park":
"A young Chicago advertising executive believes a woman he sees in a café is his long-lost love. His conviction leads to obsession, as he puts his life on hold to trail her."©IMDb

You know, you know, you know what I wanna write about it? I think that you have got an idea. O'kay, I'm about to write that this work is really remind me of "Swimfan". But here is a man-maniac, not a girl.
So.. I thought that "Swimfan" is nice and this one is like that, too. Story line is different but what goes around looks like in that work. And one more thing which is pronounced in this film - is beauty of it. When you are watching "Swimfan", you think: "Oh, it's interesting but it's so dark." but when you are watching this one, you think: "Oh, wow, lovely.".
______________

And the last one which is not really for my title is "Like Minds":
"A forensic psychologist (Collette) is tasked with determining whether or not a minor should face murder charges for killing his schoolmate."©IMDb

I have not seen something like this before because I have not watched "Strangers on a Train" by Alfred Hitchcock. Everyone say that "Like Minds" have the same story line.
So.. I absolutely loved words "My beloved Maraclea" because it looks and feels amazing. Next thing I absolutely loved on this film is story line, of course. It is really strange, mystical and you will be just caught. And the last thing I absolutely loved is the main character - Alex (Eddie Redmayne). He is great`♥
But, actually, I just loved al in this film. From country which was it made by. To the last screenshot.

#20.

So.. August Film Maraphon I started with really not interesting things.
Yesterday + today's morning I watched 3 films. And only one of them was really nice but others.. O'kay, let's write about them :3

The first one is "Mother's Day":
"The sadistic members of a villainous family return to their childhood home to terrorize the new home owners and their guests." ©IMDb

This is a cruel thing again. I thought that it is interesting horror but.. It is not.
Looks like makers just wanted to entwine "Last House on the Left" with "I Spit n Your Graves" + something from their own mind. You know, I just have nothing really good to say about it.
Why they are making films like that? I just have no idea. One for one cruel thing. Nothing special or interesting. O'kay, may be it is made to us how cruel our world but that's not really good idea.

Next one is "What Planet Are You From?":
"A highly-evolved planet, whose denizens feel no emotion and reproduce by cloning, plans to take over Earth from the inside by sending an operative, fashioned with a humming, mechanical penis, to impregnate an earthling and stay until the birth. The alien, Harold Anderson, goes to Phoenix as a banker and sets to work finding a mate..."©IMDB

I took this film just because I wanted to watch a comedy. A comedy, people. But.. I just have fucked up. This film does not look like a comedy despite that fact that plot is really funny and interesting. I think that director was not in good mood while making this thing because, you know, this theme could be shown funnier than it is.
So.. Actually, I do not know what t watch for now because film by film I just got disappointed.

The last one and the best one is "Remember Me":
"A romantic drama centered on two new lovers: Tyler, whose parents have split in the wake of his brother's suicide, and Ally, who lives each day to the fullest since witnessing her mother's murder."©IMDb

Actually, I did not want to watch this thing. Why? Because the main role is Robert Pattinson's. Yeah, After "Twilight" which is not good film, I think. But today I found it and watched.
May be it is because of that bad films I watched, may be because of this drama story line but.. I absolutely loved it. Very sensual and smart film.
And Pattinson acted his role very good as his 'love' in it. So.. Watch and enjoy.

1st day of August - starting film maraphon again!
But for the first, I will write about films which ended my July.

The first one is re-watched "My Stepmother is an Alien":
"An alien is sent on a secret mission to Earth, where she appears as a gorgeous, attractive, and single lady. Her mission is to make contact with a rather nerdy young scientist, who's quite overwhelmed by her attentions, and isn't aware of the connection between her arrival and his work."©IMDb

It's just classics like "Ghostbusters" or other from that time.
I am sure that everyone watched this film and not for only once. And like I am sure for that fact, I am sure that everyone loved it.
Because this film is very kind, lovely, funny and just stucks in your mind with only good feelings. You will remember it forever like many other such interesting films.
So.. I think, that it doesn't need too much words.

The next one is "The Clearing":
"As an executive is held captive by an employee, it's up to his wife to deliver the ransom." ©IMDb

Robert Redford, Helen Mirren, Willem Dafoe - amazing cast, isn't it?
But I have seen nothing interesting in this film. May be it is because of my abstractness. I was talking with father while watching. But, actually, I do not think that it is that problem. I think that it is all because of film, it is a little bit tedious.

The next one is "Cry-Baby":
""Drape" (or Greaser) Wade Walker, also known as Cry-Baby for his ability to shed a single tear, falls head over heels for square Allison Vernon-Williams who, incidentally, is tired of being good."©IMDb

Johnny Depp is very cool guy. And his tight-fisted tear is just let your mind to explode.
So this musical-film you must see!
